well im usong ie8 and allu have to do is go to page (underneath favs bar for ie8) go to zoom if the whole page is too small/big or go to text size (for me my text size is medium which i think is default)
Depends on your browser. Most browsers let you change just the text size, or the entire webpage which is called zooming.

Text Size: Up top on the menu click VIEW, then click TEXT SIZE, then select which ever size you want.



Zoom: Bottom right of your browser should have a picture of a magnifying glass. Click the arrow next to it and select how much you want the website to zoom in. This affects text size AND image size.

Then you can click Zoom In/Zoom Out
