How do you change the size of your font on your computer?

Our computer used to have the perfect size till it had a upgrade then the font went smaller. Our computer is a Windows Vista which I cant find how to change the size of font with.How do you change the size of your font on your computer?
It is done in Control Panel.

Go to the toolbar

click on View then go to text size and you can change it there
