by accident i did something to the scroll wheel on my mouse and it made the font size of everything on my pc like size 5 font!

If your problem is only applied to Internet Explorer, go to the menu then to view, text size, medium
Answer about Ctrl + Scroll wheel is good.
If you don't have a scroll wheel you can do Ctrl and the Plus key to make bigger or Ctrl and the Minus key for smaller.
(Plus and minus on the number keypad)
