I'm not sure what my mom did but. I have IE 8 and I went to File -%26gt; Page Setup -%26gt; Change Font -%26gt; click size 8. Still not change I refreshed the page. What other actions can I do?

Check your DPI zoom factor. Bottom right side of browser make sure it's only at 100% not anything higher.
