How do you change the font size on a Samsung Impression?

Ok, so all of a sudden on my receiving text messages, the font is huge! And, i dont know what I did, but can someone please tell me how to change the font size?! It's bothering me!!!!!!!!!!! I have the Samsung Impression, its an AT%26amp;T phone.How do you change the font size on a Samsung Impression?
you click the text you have and then you just change the font with the volume button...

believe me your gonna have MAJOR problems with this phone ive had it since october %26amp; i want to just throw it against the wall .. worst phone ever.
